When, I began this journey in March, my goal was to get back up (from month’s of inactivity due to Asthma & Allergy related issues), and prepare to run my 2nd half marathon. Here’s an update: I have consistent conquered 3 miles a day, 4 to 5 days a week and have seen slow, steady progress in my endurance. In Today’s Workout I completed 2.5 miles with Maxie (Before It became to Hot for her | She loved every minute of it) #stronger #building #endurance #training #halfmarathon

Throughout this fitness journey, I have found that perspective is everything! Perspective is defined as; a particular attitude toward or way of regarding something; a point of view. #outlook I see that second-half by Faith! #IBelieve 

Some may not understand why being “Fit” is so important to me. I am an active person by nature and I love being outdoors. When Asthma reared it’s ugly head, tons of medications (and their side effects), came with it. I remained In-active from September 2016 through March 2017 | 6 months! Wow!

I have lost a total of 5 pounds since March (Although, weight is not the focus). My Goal: Physically, Mentally, Spiritually & Financially Fit!  And everyday, I am working toward those goals! #Top5
