All month long we are talking about “Health and Fitness.” And Here’s what you can Expect (April 2017); I will be sharing my personal struggles (and triumphs), before and after photos, as well as taking you behind the scenes with our workout routines (hubby and mine). So Far; we’ve talked about the importance of drinking water, and eating clean. Today, we will talk about how, we as believers, can benefit from living a healthy lifestyle.

We are triune beings, and what that means, is that we are comprised of three parts (spirit, soul, and body), all three being equal. Most Christians believe that their spirit is the most important, and that the body and the soul are secondary. This is simply not true.  God is concerned for your body and you soul as much as He is concerned about your spirit. When we die and go to heaven we will be spirit and soul but there will be a resurrection of our bodies and we will live forever with God as body, soul, and spirit. We are not going to just be spirits floating around in heaven we are going to have bodies! #FunFacts
