Physical Fitness is defined as, a general state of health and well being. More specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate physical exercise and proper sleep.

A few benefits of being physically fit:

  • Happier (less stress)
  • Energy Boost
  • Improved Memories
  • Reduced Risk of Heart Disease

To see results, you must think of it this way: 80% nutrition | 20 physical exercise!

One of my issues, candy! While away at youth camp, my son sent me a video packed full of useful information. He knew just how near and dear this subject was to my heart. Here is what it revealed. The affects candy can have on your body (hope this helps):

  1. Increased Fatigue
  2. Skin Problems
  3. Constant Snacking
  4. Blurred Vision
  5. Weight Gain
  6. High Blood Pressure

In short, Candy had to go, and it did! Remember, one of the Bible definition of Goodness is “Prosperity.” In our mind | body | spirit!
