Early mornings are usually my favorite time to work out….

Recently, I have pushed that time back to accommodate my family’s schedule, and it has proven to be quite a challenge. I’ve been told that consistency is key to obtaining results, and for me that is found in the early mornings. That is when I have the most energy, and frankly, I am able to get more done. So why the change? Not sure! Early mornings requires an earlier bedtime, and an earlier bedtime means, I don’t get to participate in a few activities in the evening. Well, to each its own. Right? We all need to find what works for us, and work it! “Every day is another chance to get stronger to eat better to live healthier and to be the best version of ourselves!” #Stronger

Our new day brings about by new mercies, so why not make the most of each one? Lamentations 3:22-23 says “It is because of the Lord’s mercy and loving-kindness that we are not consumed, because His [tender] compassions fail not. They are new every morning; great and abundant is Your stability and faithfulness.”  #NewDay #NewMercies
