These last few days on the road have been such a blessing. In the midst of everything, I continue to be reminded that no matter what, God keeps showing up as Faithful.

And even while traveling, I’ve been reminded to keep moving forward. I got my steps in. I kept moving. I stayed committed. And I’m still down 10 pounds.

But I’ll be honest… I want to see more.

I’ve been reminded that this journey is going to take some time. With the GLP-1, the results came quickly, but they came with a price. This time around, the results aren’t coming as quickly as I would like. And that’s okay.

I’m slowly rebuilding the muscle I lost during that process. My body is getting stronger. My energy level is up. My mobility is improving. I can see the difference in how I move, how I feel, and what I’m able to do.

It really isn’t about the number on the scale. And a picture is also worth a thousand words. And sometimes it seems as if the camera can pack on extra pounds. But oh well….

Here we go!

God has been teaching me in so many areas of my life that everything doesn’t happen overnight. Some things take time to develop. Some things have to be rebuilt. Some things require patience, consistency, and faith.

And just because I can’t see everything happening yet doesn’t mean nothing is happening.

The results will come in their time. And while I’m waiting, I’m going to celebrate the progress I can already see.
