Question: “When life throws the inevitable curveball, how will you respond?” “Bitter!” Nah, I say, “Better!”
Life, if you really think about it, can teach us some very valuable lessons. Like John Maxwell said, “Sometimes You Win–Sometimes You Learn: Life’s Greatest Lessons Are Gained from Our Losses: ” #YourPerspectiveIsKey There is no such thing as losing so long as you have the “right mindset” to learn from your mistakes.
A new season is now upon us. Autumn is here, and I for one am super excited about its start. Each season brings with it a new an exciting adventure in this thing called life. I am looking forward to this new season of Growth! As a teenager, I thought I knew it all (marriage, parenting… how hard could it really be)? I laugh at that thought (mindset) now. Today, I’m no longer a “know it all,” but a, “Learn it All.”
I’m extremely thankful for the Word of God, and it’s impact on my life. #GrowthMindset
God brought some really incredible people into my life, and they inspired me to dig deeper into the word of God.
“For this reason, since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you. We continually ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will through all the wisdom and understanding that the Spirit gives, so that you may live a life worthy of the Lord and please him in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God,” Colossians 1:9-10
When you carry the Word of God in your heart, you are holding much more potential inside of you than you could ever imagine. #FoodForThought And as believers, our hope is solid, concrete evidence that is grounded in that same Word!
Life, let’s face it, can really deal us some hard blows. The death of my dad was one of them. Our response is Key! The choice is always ours. We can choose to be bitter or “Become” better. I choose better. Always, better! The alternative is not worth your time.
“There is joy in this journey!” And there is “Beauty” that comes from the ashes! #BelieveIt #ReceiveIt & #WalkItOut
Important to Note: “Our best days are always ahead!”
