A Few days ago, I came upon a two-car accident that ended in road rage (arrests were made, and a few individuals were hospitalized). Then later that same day, I narrowly missed a fist fight between two individuals just seconds after I had left the scene (heard about it later). That evening I was greeted with a timeline full of people attacking one another with their words. It was an unusual day, and I figured the Lord was trying to show me something, so I got quiet, and began to pray! The Lord shared with me a word on Joy, and I blogged about it. #TuesdayBlogRelease Matthew 24:12 says, “Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold..” That is one reason why I am so committed to writing this blog. “A Journal of Love” is meant to encourage and inspire.
I have been blogging for a little over 5 years now (revamping the site this time last year with a renewed sense of Purpose and Passion). The Lord asked me to share this, and so I am. For those that know me, I mean truly know me (and not just what you see on social media), you know that I am passionate about Writing and Singing (not as hobbies, but as a ministry, a call in which I take very seriously). The Lord has shown me that no matter how careful I am there will still be those that are committed to misunderstanding me and my purpose, and I am okay with that (It’s not for them anyway).
